John Stephen Fleming Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of John Stephen Fleming (Columbus, Ohio) is shared. John Stephen, born on March 12, 1940, passed away on August 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Casto Fleming and Laura Fleming (Peterson); his siblings, Thomas Fleming and Frances Debordeau (Fleming); and his wife Linda Fleming (Rockwell).
He is survived by: his children, Laura Moxley (Fleming), Elizabeth Laconi (Fleming), Stephen Fleming and Sarah Fleming. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Schoedinger Northeast Chapel (1051 E Johnstown Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (280 N Grant Ave, Columbus, OH 43215). A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at the Resurrection Cemetery (9571 N High St, Lewis Center, OH 43035).
