He is survived by: his children, Susan (Russ), Jennifer and Brian (Genie); his grandchildren, Amanda (Brian), Adrianne (Joe), Jason, Alexis, Alex, Gabriel and Alaina; and his brother Duane.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made to Capital City Hospice, 2800 Corporate Exchange Dr., #170, Columbus, OH 43231 in Jon's honor.
