He was predeceased by: his former wife Renee Barrett; and his brother Elijah Barrett. He is survived by: his mother Sarah White; his sisters, Phyllis Barrett-Williams and Rose Bradley-Bean; and his sons, Rakim, Jovan and Justin (Deborah Johnson). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
