We are sad to announce that, on July 13, 2023, at the age of 70, Joseph Flood (Columbus, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Elsie Flood (Carpenter). He is survived by: his father Joseph Sr. Flood; his siblings, Jeanne Frederick and Dennis O'Brien; his wife Jeanne M. Likins; his brothers-in-law, William "Hank" Likins of Nashville, TN and David Scott Likins of Atlanta, GA; his nieces and nephews, Jodene Frederick, Carlene Klein (Frederick), Cris Hurst (Frederick), Dennis O'Brien, Tim O'Brien, Donlee Handley (Likins), Joseph Likins, Kylie Petrus (Likins) and William "Ike" Likins; his close friends, Phil Page, Nancy, Jeff Russell, Jim and Karen Rechnitzer; Paddy, Allie, Katie Dimizio (Russell) and Jen Russell.
