He was predeceased by: his sister Heaven Lee Conrad; and his grandfather Michael Conrad. He is survived by: his parents, Joshua Jack Conrad (Deanna Chilcote) and Shaunta Lindsey (Larry Hawthorne); his brothers, Seth Conrad, Zachary Conrad and Stone Conrad-Chilcote; his grandparents, Francisca, Chris Buckler and Roxanna Lindsey; and his brothers, Michael Nichols and Tim Hampton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Shadeville Church of God (4800 Lockbourne Rd, Columbus, OH 43207). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
