She is survived by: her husband Herbert Mullins; her children, Angel Westburg of Stilwell and Bryan Mullins of Benton, AR; and her grandchildren, Shantelle Mullins, Austin Colantuono and Bradley Westburg. She is also survived by nephews, friends and other relatives.
