She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Allan E. Blair; her parents, Theodore Hare and Josephine Hare; her brother Jeff Hare; and her grandson Steven Blair.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Simpson, Joel Ghitman (Terri), Brad Blair (Susie), Brian Blair (Susan Spinelli) and Scott Blair (Lori); her grandchildren, Daniel Blair, Melissa Rubinstein (Tal), Abby, Michelle Ghitman, Matthew Blair, Shaynah Hess (Michael), Shoshana Blair, Aaron Bernstein (Joanne), Rachel Bernstein and Alexander Simpson; and her great grandchildren, Adelyn, Maya Bernstein, Nev Kinnear, Parker, Perry Rubinstein and Caden Hess. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred in her memory to Congregation Tifereth Israel (http://www.tiferethisrael.org), Columbus Museum of Art (http://www.columbusmuseum.org) or charity of donor's choice.
