She is survived by: her children, Kathy Scarlippo of Columbus, OH, Cyndi Fultz of Troy, OH and Mike Fultz of Columbus, OH; her sister Pat; and her brother-in-law Eugene Green of Galena, OH. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
