O'Connell (Stacie) and Julie A. Prusock (George, Jr.); her grandchildren, Hannah, Owen, George III, Theodore, Vincent and Jackson; and her brother Kenneth Parks (Krissie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, or the Greensburg Hempfield Area Library.
