She was predeceased by: her parents, Aldo Delewese and Helen Delewese (Stacchiotti); her husband Harold Smith; her stepson Tim Smith; and her pet Lily.
She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Smith; her son-in-law Robert Brown; and her stepdaughters, Terri Smith, Tanya Crowell and Cindy Smith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Egan - Ryan Northwest Chapel. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Egan-Ryan Funeral Home (4661 Kenny Rd, Columbus, OH 43220).
