She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth L. Hartman; her sons, Kenneth Lee and Richard Euguene Hartman; her parents, George Smith and Lucille Smith; her siblings, Harry, Lee Smith, Katherine Baughman, Helen Johnson and Georgia McGuire; her son-in-law Bryan E. Oiler; and her great grandchild Tyler Trautman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Hartman and Teresa Oiler (Jim Boyles); Becky and Carol. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great grands; nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spence-Miller Funeral Home (2697 Columbus St, Grove City, OH 43123). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
