She is survived by: her sons, Ryan Sullivan (Rebecca) and Patrick Sullivan (Katelyn); her grandchildren, Brandy, John Sullivan and Alyssa Sullivan; her former husband Terrence Sullivan; her siblings, Lisa DeCarlo (Jeff) and Paul Ballard; and her brother-in-law Mike Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
