She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Thomas and Anna Mae Thomas; her husband James Lee Summerfield; and her brothers, Pat Thomas and Mike Thomas (Tricia).
She is survived by: her children, Nicole Parker (Trent), Jamie Humphrey and Mackenzie Summerfield; her grandchildren, Presley and Dilynn Parker; and her brother Mark Thomas (Anna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (5600 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43213). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wagnalls Memorial Library's Social Hall (150 E Columbus St, Lithopolis, OH 43136).
