We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2024, at the age of 75, Kathleen M. Charlesworth of Columbus, Ohio, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cassidy and Bertha Cassidy (Ruppert). She is survived by: her husband Frank Charlesworth; her stepchildren, Margaret McAvoy (Bill) of Conshohocken, Lynn Kelly (Matthew) of North Wales and Thomas Charlesworth of Columbus; her siblings, Karen Margavitch (Bruce) of Glenside, Joseph Cassidy West (Christina) and James; her stepgrandchildren, Megan Blunt, Michele DiCola, Matthew Kelly, Patrick Charlesworth and Sarah Rochford; and her siblings' children, Laura Gombarick, Sara Leone, Michael Margavitch, Jennifer Cassidy and Nikolaus Cassidy. She is also survived by her 8 Step-Great Grandchildren.
