She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Surgener and Brenda Surgener. She is survived by: her daughter Maddisen Bentley (John); her grandchildren, Carrissa Bentley, Levi Bentley, Cambrie Gilchrist (Thomas) and Shaylin Bentley; her great grandchild Adalynn Gilchrist; and her pets, Rennie, Buddha, Buddy, Loki, Nikki and Petey.
