He is survived by: his children, Samantha Harvey (Mike), Amy Fields, Joshua Fields, Cassandra Fields and Kenny Green; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Kendra; his great grandchildren, Amina, Karson and Katalina; and his siblings, Marilyn Evans (Ken), Kim Mays (Daniel), David Eddy (Tammy), Vince Eddy (Amber), Randy Eddy, Joanna Marcum and Kevin Eddy (Robin).
