He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Ratcliff (Ben Edwards) and Kirk Ratcliff (Christie); his siblings, Kathy Ratcliff, Royce (Lillian), Noland and Don Ratcliff (Brenda); his grandchildren, Katie, Joshua, Lennox, Kevin Reynolds and Alexis Rogers; his great grandchild Ariel Rogers; and his wife Karen Foltz.
