He is survived by: his son Kenneth Rouse Jr.; his sisters, Tina Woods and Candy Gray (Charles); his uncle Jesse "Ray" Brown; his aunt Garnett Rouse; and his siblings' children, William, Tonya, Nastasha, Brittany and Haley. He is also survived by many cousins, and many, many loving friends.
