He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Dorothy Blue and Charles M. Clark. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Clark; his mother Betty Lacey; his children, Les Clark, Thomas Black, Paul Black and Andrew Black (Leah); his siblings, Tony Bridges, Michael Bridges, Phillip Lacey (Victoria) and Felicia Lacey-Ward (Leon); and his siblings-in-law, Fran Smith, Julia Stevens (John) and John Pitts (Shellie). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
