He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Jake Kise of Louisa and Ruth Ann Kise (Mercer) of London; his brother Duane (Perry); and his pet Teagan. He is survived by: his significant other Joshua Arnold; his siblings, Brent (Denise), Mark (Francis) and Tamara; his nieces and nephews, Derrick, Ian, Neal, Jana, Josh and Megan; Dick and Rita Doyle.
