He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Santo, Agnes Gurio (Bocook), Wallace and Marjorie Leach (Shy). He is survived by: his parents, Rick Leach and Cindy Leach (Gurio); his children, Kaleb, Jacob (Nicole), Rhyley and Paizley; his sister Melissa Leach; his uncle Jack Gurio (Rhonda); his aunts, Melody Schmitt (Gary), Nina Deam (Bob), Laura Curry Dyer and Kathy Pratt (Gary); and his sisters, I. H. (Kevin) and Cheryl (Dave Sevy).
