He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles F. Wagner Sr.; and his uncle Charles F. Wagner Jr.. He is survived by: his son Lamar K. Wagner; his parents, Gloria Jean Wagner (Hill) and Kevin L. Weaver; his siblings, Quentin L. Wagner Sr. and Alisha M. Russell; his brother-in-law Gene T. Russell; his nephew Quentin L. Wagner Jr.; his aunts and uncles, Vernon and Trinita Weaver; Ashley Mathews. He is also survived by cousins, extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Diehl-Whittaker Funeral Service (1370 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43205).
