He was predeceased by: his stepfather Donald Artz. He is survived by: his wife Anna B. Artz; his stepsons, Jeffrey Bigler (Hoa Vu Thi) and Kevin Bigler; his grandsons, Khiem Bigler and Blake Bigler; and his siblings, Linda Dearth and Jerry Bennett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
