She is survived by: her significant other Alex Witten; her children, Kirsten Patterson (Richard), Cody Rodgers, Jayda Swartz, Summer Hooper (Dawson) and Alexia Blanton; her grandchild Bryleigh Swartz; her sister Christy Jones (Jerry); her nephews, Josh Wise (Lauren) and Landon Kindell; her stepfather Bill Belcher; and her father-in-law Frank Witten.
