He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Star Allen-Freeman; his stepchildren, Dawn Elizabeth Allen, William and Roger Allen; his sisters-in-law, Ginger Allen, Paula Allen, Theresa Tipton (Scott) and Teresa Leigh (Kenneth); and his close friends, Kenny Tibbs, Susan Corpening and Billie Cameron. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews and beloved friends.
