He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Mayville and Douglas Mayville; his wife Geraldine (Geri); and his brother Gregory Rickey (Greg). He is survived by: his children, Mark and Marlo; his grandchildren, Kelli, Adam, Eric and Nicholaus; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett, Rooney and Lillian.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Franklin County Dog Shelter and Adoption Center.
