He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Okulich, Rose Fornash and Charles Kessinger; and his nieces and nephews, Laurie Mitchell, Suzie Okulich, Natasha Kessinger-Fyfe, James and Alan Fornash. He is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews, and one great-great niece.

A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home (550 Hill Rd N, Pickerington, OH 43147). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
