He is survived by: his children, Angela Jacob and Alan Amos (Tracy); his grandchildren, Paige Czerpak (Josh), Justin Amos (Erika) and Brooke Temple (Cody); his great grandchildren, Duke, Rowan and Finnan; and his close friend Paula Christman. He is also survived by family members, extended family, lifelong friends.
