He is survived by : his wife Mary Kathleen "Kay" Mallett (McCort); his daughters, Teresa Dolan (Patrick) of Worthington, OH, Diane Mallett-Birkitt of Bristol, TN, Laura L. Mallett of Blacklick, OH and Denise Mallett of Hollywood, MD; his grandchildren, Benjamin Birkitt (Ashley Winslow) of Richmond, VA, Nadia Birkitt of Bristol, TN, Elizabeth Varner of Greensburg, PA and Ryan Mallett of Hollywood, MD; and his cousin Nancy Krueger of Cleveland, OH..
