He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Allen Haskins (Direne), Sherry Kidd and Trini Blue; his grandsons, Leroy 3rd and Richard Blue, Sr.; and his sisters, Ann Pannell, Gracie Waters of Lindenwold, NJ, Teasley Hiton of Philadelphia, PA, Ellen Thomas of Philadelphia, PA and Gladys Davis of Lynchburg, VA. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
