She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Nicely and Dorothy Nicely (Jackson). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Spurlock Sr.; her siblings, Robert Charles Richards, Jerry Lee Nicely, Terry Schult and Clarence Nicely; and her children, Sally Rose Petty, Vickie Crego (Ron Jenkins), Thomas Spurlock Jr., David Mark Spurlock and Lillian P. Leach (Garry). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
