She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Phillips and Elaine Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Roxanne Marie Obey; her grandchildren, Devan Raye Obey, Ramon Anthony Obey and Cameron Antonio Obey; and her siblings, Leanne Smith (Art), Marlene Miller (Ray), Jeffery Phillips, Michael Phillips (Pat), Raymond Phillips (Jill) and Steven Phillips (Cheryl). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
