He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Baker and Fannie Baker (Moore); and his daughter Shelly Elizabeth Baker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Baker; his sons, David Wayne Baker and William Alan Baker (Alyce); his grandsons, Brady and Spencer Baker; and his siblings, Lori Painter (David), Wayne Baker (Carolyn) and Thomas Baker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews family and friends.

Family suggests memorials be made to Heinzerling Foundation in Shellys' memory.
