She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Rowland and Alice Rowland (Sharbaugh); her husband Clarence Simon; her children, Mary and Gary; and her siblings, Marshall Rowland, Alice "Marilyn" Kober, Margaret "Madge" Deters and Marian Krueger.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Simon (Marilyn) of Tipp City, Marjorie Simon of Columbia and Stan Simon (Wendy) of Los Altos; her grandchildren, Annabel and Nicholas; her stepgrandchildren, Jason Stammen (Chris) and Kimberly Niekamp (Brent); her siblings, Mark Rowland (Carol) and Madalene Power (Greg); and her siblings-in-law, James Krueger and Ruth Simon (Bernard). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
