She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas D. Phillips, Jr. of Columbus, OH.; her brother John Kolostyak; and her sister-in-law Nancy Kolostyak. She is survived by: her children, Thomas III (Maria), Mary, Stephen (Jackie), Carolyn (Marty), John (Mariam), Andrew, Timothy (Sherry), Rebecca and Raymond (Lyen); her sister-in-law Lillian Kolostyak; and her brother Donald Kolostyak. She is also survived by her 23 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions in Marge's memory may be made to St. Thomas the Apostle Parish.
