She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Ralston Westlake and Helen Westlake (Siegwald). She is survived by: her husband Gary Smith; her children, Bart Smith (Belinda) and Shelley Luchene (Bill); and her grandchildren, Jarod, Colin, Ryan (Rachel) and McKenna.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Marilyn's name to Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio at 700 Children's Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43206.
