She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Cook and Violet Cook; and her sister Anita Shaddy (William). She is survived by: her children, Karen McManis (Scott) of Westerville, John Kilanowicz (Nancy) of Riverside, IL and Kaylyn Wall of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Alexander Wall, Haley Wall, Jennifer Jiang (Chris) and Stephanie Boger (Zack). She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
