He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Rowley and Frances Rowley; and his wife Carol Rowley. He is survived by: his siblings, Scott Rowley, Steve Buckley (Cherry) and Kim Buckley; and his close friend Larry Green. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
