He was predeceased by: his parents, John Teynor and Marjoria Johnson (Green); his stepfather Robert Johnson; his stepsister Linda Evick; his cousin Wilbur Green; his parents-in-law, Bill and Nancy Cook; his brother-in-law Jeffrey Cook; and his friend Roger Schulz.
He is survived by: his wife Julie (Cook); his children, Josh Teynor (Cara Cherry), Shannon Teynor and Kasey Teynor (Ben Brause); his siblings, Dennis Teynor (Alice), Patrick Teynor (Marcile) and Sandra Dicks; his brother-in-law Charles Dicks; his friend Terry Agin; his in-laws, Jennifer, Jacqueline and Jay; and his pets, Nippy, Brutus, Lady, Dottie and Chuck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and the many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Activity Center (740 Tiffin St, Bucyrus, OH 44820). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
