He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Altier and Nedra Altier; his former wife Sandy (McGookey); and his siblings, Paul and Beth.
He is survived by: his wife Sue (Hachten); his children, Christopher Altier (Katie) of Gahanna, Kathryn Reagan (William Patton) of Westerville and Meghan Altier of Columbus; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Abigail Reagan, Caroline and Graham Altier; his siblings, Mary Altier (John Walker), Shawn Altier (Dominique) of Paris and France; his sister-in-law Judy Altier; his niece Amanda Altier (Dillon) of Law Vegas, NV; and his pet Rosie.
