He is survived by: his children, Marcella Clark, Marshall Clark Jr. of Flint, Michigan, Jackqueline Clark, C. Alan Clark, Felicia Clark of Columbus, Ohio and Candice Clark of Staten Island. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
