She was predeceased by: her parents, Sereno Shafer and Margaret Shafer; her son-in-law Jim Ratliff; and her husband Joe. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Ratliff and Julie Carter; her grandchildren, Heather, Holly (Grant), Nicole and Nathan (Michelle); her great grandchild Cooper; her son-in-law Tom Carter; her brother David (Honey); her brother-in-law David; her friend Kevin; and her caregiver Krystal. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
