She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Louise Hern and Charles Franklin Hern; her siblings, Charles, James Hern and Leota Delgado; and her daughters, Mary Jo DiPasquale, Helen Louise Smith and Linda Pearl Brofford.
She is survived by: her sons, Freddy DiPasquale and Eugene Grubb Jr. (Jeanne); and her grandchildren, Tony DiPasquale, Christopher DiPasquale, Tina Moorman (David), Beth Smith, Christina Smith, Tracy Faiella (Danny), Kevin Grubb (Yvonne), Dr. CeCe Harris (Keith), Leroy Ellis (Terri), Duane Ellis (Liliya) and Johnie Ellis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
