She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph O'Reilly and Mary Catherine O'Reilly (Schirtzinger). She is survived by: her children, Catherine Powers (Jeff), Christine Mansfield (Alan) and Kevin Holbrook (Nicole); her grandchildren, Carrick Holbrook, Taylor Kurtz, Nathan Holbrook, Matthew Holbrook, Mary Catherine Powers, William Mansfield and Jackson Mansfield; her great grandchild Rinley Holbrook; her siblings, Patrick O'Reilly (Diana), Michael O'Reilly (Linda), Kathleen Witney (Ernie) and Margaret Krieger (John); and her aunt Eileen O'Reilly. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers friends who wish may contribute in her memory to the Alzheimer's Assoc.
