He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rolla, Gladys Dennis and Floyd Harper. He is survived by: his parents, Ruth Harper and Dennis Harper; his daughters, Paige, Colleen Belle and Maggie Harper; his grandmother Sandra Jones; and his siblings, Carol Houston (Jeff), Mary Richards Boucher, Sharon Lamparyk (Matthew) and James Harper.
