He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Hooks and Edith Hooks (Hubbard); and his parents-in-law, Wayne and Dorothy Cook. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his sisters, Sharon Hooks, Michaele Hooks and Jan Gresham; and his brother-in-law Ron Cook (Rhonda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and even one great-great niece.
