She is survived by: her husband Wayne Richard Schultz; her children, Brad Schultz (Lisa), Jodi Ulloa (Mark) and Curtis Schultz (Nancy); her grandchildren, Garrett Schultz, Catherine Lipko and Morgan Ulloa; and her great grandchild Matthew Lipko. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In place of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to a local Humane Society or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
