She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Ferguson and Ann Ferguson (Cunningham); and her husband David. She is survived by: her daughters, Heidi Lewis (Tim) of Blacklick and Laurie Phillips (Ryan) of Pataskala; and her siblings, Natalie Mertie of Brentwood, TN and Michael (Vickie) of Dublin. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

There will be no service and the family requests no flowers.
