She was predeceased by: her parents, Johanes C. Verhoeven and Hetty Verhoeven (Brauns); her husband Walter Jack; her daughter Loretta Pudlowski; and her grandmother Siti Brauns.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard (Kathy) and Alexandra (Kelly); her children, Helen Pudlowski, Alice Pedigo, Celina Y. Stevens (Johnny Lee), Thomas Joseph Verhoeven, Antjuan Jack (Belinda) and Adrian Jack (Christine); and her grandchildren, Haley Brushart, Corena Stivers, Aaron Pedigo, Justina Pedigo, Trinh Pedigo, Thang Pedigo, Andreanna Rivera Pedigo, Andre Rivera Pedigo, Jettali Pedigo, Jonte Jack, Shaniqua Jack, Shasta Jack, Jasmine Jack, Lataia Jack, Taleia Jack, Eddie Jack, Chazman Stevens, Camisha Stevens, Cianna Stevens, Camirore Stevens and Chennana Stevens. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a large extended family.
