He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary H. Chambers and James M. Chambers; and his brother Jimmy Chambers (Olivia Chambers). He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Reis; his daughters, Cara Chambers (Ronny Gal) and Lisa Chambers (Jeremy Lindsley); his stepchildren, Elizabeth Carlin (Jennifer O'Malley) and Alex Carlin (Sarah Carlin); and his grandchildren, Sam Lindsley, Miriam, Nathan Gal, Anna, Tommy, Lily and Jack Carlin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the "Ursuline Endowment Fund" for the Mary H. Chambers Memorial Scholarship, Ursuline High School, 750 Wick Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44505.
